You guys are amazing. Thank you for helping me with Piper. Lemme say, right now, that guys are the first bet EVER to not have her snap at you. She and I both have been banned from Pet Smart because she bit the poor woman 3 times before she could get her hand back. Your nurse deserves props because she handled her perfectly. I haven't even had the pleasure of visiting this clinic in person however Janice diagnosed my dog at nationals. He had been x rayed and the vet could find nothing wrong. He would hold his tight front leg put in front and not bear weight. It had been two months since he became lame. Janice remembered his history and diagnosed him correctly. He ran in nationals three days later. I only wish they were closer to us. Thank you Janice you're the best vet ever. Jessica
Dr. Kozur and his staff are amazing. I brought my pet in she was frightened and shaking...They were gentle and understanding gave her a sedative to relax and calm down before her procedure. The Dr called me to let me know everything went fine and explained everything. When we went to pick her she had warm bottles and blankets around her.shes a chihuahua so she's always cold .She was here for a stay last summer and will be here for a stay again this summer. First vet visit where my heeled wasn't petrified, screaming, screeching in fear! Truly impressed! Staff was amazing and Sadie loved them!
Cleanest Vet. If you're looking for a place that treats your pets like you want family to be treated, then this place is for you. It smells so good� Staff is pleasant and very professional. Definitely recommended !!!
I won't be going back ever ! They always came up with another shot or something else that needed to be done ! My dog's shots were all up to date for several other places that care for dogs but not this one - when we went there the day before leaving for our vacation they said we were still missing some shots & that I didn't give them permission to get the records from our vet - when we said call anytime for whatever you need !! They called me later - left a message the day before leaving -- they -couldn't take care of her !!... read more
Our dog Willie is a very nervous type. Your staff is always so accommodating to his qerks. He has gotten so much better about coming to the vet & groomer. On a sadder note, we recently had to have one of our feral cats put down after being hit by a car. Your staff was so kind to her & us. We thank you so very much.
Let me be frank: you DO pay a bit more to go here than when you go to your "Average Vet." But at Windmill, you receive anything but average care! Everyone at reception here is incredibly friendly, the doctors AND the techs are knowledgable and helpful, and yes, the facility is classy and remarkably clean compared to other vets I have been to in the past. This is the most expensive vet I have ever been to. I got a vaccine here and had to go back a week or so later because of a reaction. I was told that the reaction was common. If it is common I'm not sure why I wasn't warned when I paid for the vaccine. I guess they wanted me to pay when I came back.
