Clean facility, (it really does smell as good as they advertise), friendly and professional staff, fantastic customer service, short wait time, treated my fur baby like their own family. Recieved a "Welcome" card in the mail, which is greatly appreciated. Was recommended by another customer, now I see why. Superb business.
Our senior kitty, Woody needed extensive teeth extraction that our local vet Austin Avenue pet clinic here in Brownwood could not do. Windmills professional staff made me feel at ease entrusting Woodys care to them. My trust was not misplaced! Two days out and Woody is a much happier Kitty. Thank you so much. We were very happy with the way they treated our precious little Mattie this morning! We will continue to use them 😻 And it smelled good too!
Today was my first visit here. I was SO impressed by their customer service and how gentle and calm they were with my baby, Jazzy, who has anxiety. Getting down on the floor and giving her treats and trying to keep her calm. They also were very attentive. I like that they come in the room and that you, as the owner, are apart of the whole process and they talk you through everything. 5 stars and jazzy and I are glad we found a great new vet!
Highly recommend windmill, are puppies loved this place! The dr. was awesome with the puppies and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Oh and the groomer is top notch!
Excellent service and treatment of my sweet Izzee. Trust the staff and Doctors to care for her with the most professional services offered. Highly recommend their grooming services as well!
