My mother has lived here since 2019. At first the apartments were great. They had a maintenance man and someone in the office and the rules were followed. Now it is completely the opposite. People are smoking in the apartments when originally it was only in designated areas not inside apartments. People that live on 2nd floor are letting their dog pee and poop out on the deck instead of walking him. This falls down between the boards and onto my mother’s patio and patio furniture.
