My mother has lived here since 2019. At first the apartments were great. They had a maintenance man and someone in the office and the rules were followed. Now it is completely the opposite. People are smoking in the apartments when originally it was only in designated areas not inside apartments. People that live on 2nd floor are letting their dog pee and poop out on the deck instead of walking him. This falls down between the boards and onto my mother’s patio and patio furniture. It's A Great Place To Live Especially If You Go To College..It's A Little Tight, Living Wise But You Could Walk To A Good Many Places To Eat..There's A Walking Place At The College, Beautiful Scenery With All Of Gods Turtles Ducks,Geese Swimming In The Water...Beautiful Little Place!!! Who Ever Wrote That These Apartments Are Big Needs To Measure Their Apartment?? My Mom And I Live In A 800 Square Foot Apt!! That Is Not Big!!!!
