Absolutely terrible communication with the office. Can never speak to landlord directly, even with concerns. Rude staff.

DO NOT LEAVE HERE!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT WAKE UP IN THE MORNING FIND YOUR CAR TOWED BY CRIMINALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RENTAL OFFICE AND SAYREVILLE POLICE. WHEN YOU GO PICK UP YOUR CAR YOU MUST PAY NOT LESS THAN $270. IF YOU CALL THE POLICE YOUR TOLD IT'S YOUR FAULT IF YOU CALL APARTMENT OFFICE YOUR TOLD TO CALL TOWING COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ESPECIALLY NOW THAT WE ALL GOING THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT TIME.
This place is trash... from the maintenance to the up keep the staff is rude... and drive in golf carts doing nothing all day.
I have lived in this development going on 4 years now. For the most part, my stay has been relatively uneventful. I have nothing but good things to say about the leasing agents, as well one of the ladies maning the phones in the maintenance office. That is until this past week when I had the displeasure of being on a phone call with a very rude, nasty, and seemingly uneducated women who works in the Maintenance office of the development.
