Apartment Manager, Mrs. J. I really wanted to target the last post on the current manager here at Winding Creek. I have lived here almost 5 years. She and I have had many conversations. I believe she is a great manager doing her job to keep this area safe for our children, clean, respectable and healthy. Admittedly, in the past 5 years, I have seen some very bad tenants come and go. Landlord is rude to put it quite nicely The landlord at this apartment complex is such a rude unprofessional person. Although the maintenance staff is nice and compliant, The landlord refuses to allow them to make necessary repairs to the apartments as needed. For some people, the purpose of "rental" is to have someone to make repairs and keep your living quarters in proper working conditions. I think this would be a much better place to live if the owners would look into replacing the current apartment manager.
