Would be nice if they answered emails. I have emailed the place three times. Was interested in leasing here, but due to the lack of customer service I can only imagine the lack of response time to fix stuff in and around the apartment complex.
Wonderful property, amazing amenities, very friendly staff and very spacious apartments!
Very well maintained facilities ,prompt response when it comes to maintenance related issues ,over all really happy with windigrove, 100%recommended.
terrible apartment complex.. paid on time and barely even was home ever. they docked me for a ton of stuff for my safety deposit yet all not under my responsibility. they are so behind on money they are trying to get every penny they can get. so trashy, so unprofessional & so not worth what they ask for a month. NO CAMERAS IN THE AREA! NO CAMERAS AT ANY BUILDINGS. & 9/10 the lights in walkways don’t even work. utterly awful living situations and even worse management there. they absolutely suck. to be blunt. please find anot... read more
We have lived at Windigrove Apts since 2023 and have been very happy with our accommodations. The staff is great as well as maintenance. Both get back to you for your concerns quickly as their workload allows. But generally, you don't have to worry about having your concerns or work orders looked at promptly. The Waynesboro area in which Windigrove resides has many restaurants and a few name brand stores like Target, Kohls, and Michael's.
