Hard to reach anyone from the office. The grounds are not well maintain for a High end apartment complex. The noise on the complex is terrible, the dumpster by my building overflows with garbage on regular. Maintenance is overwhelmed and parking can be a nightmare at times. The pool is to small for the complex unless one likes not to be able and swim do to so many folks in the pool. The noise level is the worst . But location is great.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They put me below violent, drunkin, people with violent criminal records. For the past 11 months, I've been tortured daily with blaring music, they beat the crap out of one another, 1 of them enjoys beating his GF in the PL & then right above my head, constantly throwing heavy objects and eachother into the ground (which is my head) causing vibrations so hard that it shook anything i hung up to come crashing off the walls and shatter, they scream, yell, party, get into violent alterati... read more
Wonderful Place to reside. Staff is very respectful and friendly. Maintenance team is fast and effective. Lovely luxury space. I use the recreation area often as I find that is never crowded nor unwelcoming. I would recommend this residence as I feel safe and secure. Going on 2 years now.
I lived at Windigrove for about 4 years and my husband for about 5. The parking situation is terrible and needs to be remedied. There’s no visitor parking except on the street where I’ve seen vehicles get rear ended. They now have a parking permit for guests, which you have to request during business hours so not great if you have a guest who comes frequently or after closing. My wife and lived here for almost 5 years and would not recommend them. These apartments are nice on a surface level but between the lack of real management, hesitance to manage tenant issues, and seemingly only caring about how they can get more money from their tenants, it’s a veneer. I get it, it’s a business but at least try and make tenants feel valued and not just some cash cow to be milked. If you’re looking for a place, there are comparable properties within the area that are better managed.
