No manager on site at any time of day. They pick and chose who to enforce the rule on. They make payment arrangements then say you owe more and demand payment same day. Mobile homes over priced. Not worth the price. Over charge for sewage. Sewage is three time the water and they wont show prove of the rates at which they charge residents for water and sewage.
