I came to Kristen with back pain that had been keeping me up all night. I had been hesitant to see a traditional chiropractor because the cracking and popping methods scare me as I feel like one wrong move could seriously injure my spine. Kristen's approach is holistic and never aggressive. Her studio is so welcoming and, most importantly, my back pain has improved significantly. I would highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Kristen is an incredible practitioner! Over the years, she has helped me develop a much deeper understanding of my own body and identify the connections I’d been missing for so long. Her intuition is truly remarkable, she always seems to know exactly the right questions to ask, and that never ceases to amaze me. I am only on my second visit. However, my pain in my leg has significantly decreased. I do not understand the mechanics behind Dr. Kristen's approach to healing, but I can definitely say it has worked for me.
