RecommendedI searched low and high for a 2021 Tahoe for a family vehicle, and they made sure to call me as soon as they got one in. They made my purchase of this vehicle so smooth compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with. The service department has a fast turnaround and everyone is so friendly. Ordered tires to upgrade the look of it and they came the next day and able to setup another appointment an hour after they came in.
I purchased a vehicle from Windham Motor Co Inc in APRIL 2021 and it has been nothing short of a nightmare ever since. Windham sold us a vehicle that, they did not properly inspect before it was put on the lot. At first what we thought would be a minor A/C repair that would be covered by warranty quickly turned into a quote from a dealership in Tuscaloosa upwards to $6200 worth of damage. Went for my first free oil change. Staff was pleasant, took care of me right away and didn’t have my car long . They can’t get 5 stars though because of their weak WiFi service
Evelyn Johnston is awesome go see her she says yes when everybody else says no. They have great service and great attitudes great selection of new and used vehicles.they make you feel like family

My Tahoe's transmission went out on a trip to Mississippi. This dealership's service department went above and beyond to get us back on the rd since we were so far from home. The nicest people I have EVER dealt with. They let us make ourselves at home while we waited, and we had two kids & two puppies. The entire staff was welcoming. Interacted with my children and made us feel totally taken care of. If for the customer service alone, I recommend Windham Motor Co to everyone. You can't find better folks!
