I have been using the services of Windham Dental for several years and have always found them to be very professional, friendly, and courteous. They are punctual. I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time to see my hygienist and/or doctor.
I love the dental group, everyone is very helpful.
I feel Dr. Bufo is a great example to his employees at both locations. He took the time, when I had extra questions, above and beyond my appointment in order to insure my satisfaction. I would recommend them, and do, to anyone who feels that customer service is as important as your dental needs.
I dislike dentists (like most people) and it has taken me YEARS to find an office where I like the receptionist, hygienist, and the dentist. I've been coming since 2009. My entire family comes here. We love everyone and they always explain everything, do a pre-authorization with the insurance so we know what the exact price will be, and they make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend! We just moved and I drive an hour to keep going here.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great hygienists and staff.
