Quiet, clean, professional yet relaxed environment. Staff are all very kind and helpful. Appointments start on time or very shortly after.
Wonderful folks here!!! You do great work and make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable.
I was under the impression that I had back-to-back appointments for cleaning and bridge work. After the cleaning, I waited 25-30 minutes in the waiting room, and then at least 15 minutes more in the exam room for the doctor to come, all without any explanation or estimation of wait time. Pretty frustrating. This is, however, very unusual in my experience here. Generally there is little or no wait time, and staff are very friendly and kind.
