Great experience with the family the kids loved it! From the pool to the activities and the whole hotel set up.
I was down for the Best Western International District Meeting. Even though I was not a guest here I still enjoyed the hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and the hotel is an awesome destination. I will be back and next time as a guest!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was great and very polite! Our kids loved the slide and pools and there are plenty of activities to do.

Over the years this place has only gotten better. Recently they have upgraded the pool facilities and added a small waterpark. The only thing still lacking is what is missing from most Hyatt products - good food. I don't understand how they can get everything else right but have food that sounds good but is really average at best. If Hyatt would put more effort into their cuisine, it would be a five star, no question.
Staff can't do enough for us. Keep going back. Lovely setting, great amenities & atmosphere. Xmas was great!
I won't be staying here again. Activities for the children were not going on as promoted on the itinerary. I spoke with an employee, he assured me the Flow Rider was open 'til 6pm and here we are 20 minutes early and it's closed. Not a good way to handle business.
