Great for families. Excellent food at Antler Restaurant. I did manage a tiny bit of adult time by adult pool. But then got overrun with kids.
Setting is serene! Service was above and beyond! Great for families! Will definitely be back!

I don't know of a better place to take 3 children of various ages. There is something for everyone, very family oriented, safe and clean. The "Ramblin River" for intertubing is spring fed and mostly covered with a "bridge of arched old oak trees. So refreshing on a hot Texas August day. There were some of the nicest people at the hotel! The pool side staff was amazing and the Cafe staff were great! We were not to happy with the bellmen manager. He was very rude. We loved the resort and all the activities they have!
Never have I ever been treated so poorly. My husband on the daily puts his life on the line. He wears a bullet prof vest. He runs towards the danger, he will sacrifice his life for yours. However at the Hyatt hill country resort they do not care about blue lives or EMS lives. They do not care that you need a day off to relax and to reset. They do not care that they will save your wife, child, mother, father, husband, son before they will come home to theirs. This is our fifth time here. We love it!! The staff is super friendly. Accommodations are very luxurious.
This was our second stay. We love this place! It is very welcoming to families and has fun activities for all ages. Can't wait for our next stay.
