Horrid parking and nonexistent shuttle service make this "resort" a total fail. Totally unacceptable for a local of this "caliber".
Everyone was so nice! It was very relaxing and fun at the same time. I had a massage and then a facial. My back feels better and I know my skin is thanking me! I will definitely go back if we come back again.
We stayed at the Hyatt Wednesday night and it was amazing. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. My daughter had a blast. We have already reserved another stay in December for 2 nights and 3 days. Customer for life over here.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and I absolutely love it. They are very family friendly and the staff is awesome with the kids. We will definitely be back.
An amazing gem outside of San Antonio. Attentive staff, great accomodations, October festival, wave pool, floating down the river and great spa! For sure a repeat visit!

Worst hotel experience of my life. I will go out of my way to keep people from staying here. The manager was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. As I was politely arguing with the manager as to why the hotel mysteriously cancelled my reservation (because they overbooked), a bellhop named Matt came up to me and told me he could help. As The manager basically threw my credit card and ID in my face, Matt parked my car, stored my luggage and booked me in the holiday inn just down the street. Obviously, he had to do this before.
