The staff at this resort were First Class! They were always very friendly and helpful. When ever you passed one they always greeted you courteously. This is what customer service used to be like and has gotten harder to find. I highly recommend this resort not only for the beautiful grounds and amenities but more so for their staff!
The property is gorgeous, and there is so much to do here. I spent several hours today floating on the lazy river. The food is delicious, and the staff has been amazing. Charlie's Long Bar (aptly named!) is so much fun!

Stayed this July with the Southwest Meat Conference. As in the past, our stay was superb! Every employee greeted us with smiles, very kind and courteous. We love staying here!!
I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE !!!! The staff was amazingly awesome and the place was beyond relaxing !!! EVERYTHING was on point I give it a two thumbs up and I will be returning to stay there AGAIN !!! ��

Fabulous friendly staff! Love our short visit but felt there was nothing lacking! Next time I will ride the bikes and not swim so much.
