Facility is a grand site. We were sent to park at a location opposite where our event was held. $4 for a 2 oz glass of soda? Wait staff picked up our water glasses and tea glasses while we were dancing. Had to ask to replace water and tea to table. BTW, tea was not served with the meal, although the tea pitchers were in plane sight. Only after asking for it was it served. Have been here before and service was a lot better than on this occasion.
Loved this place! Beautiful property with friendly staff. Had a great time at the spa and lazy river. Fun place for families with kids.
Found Glasses - We found some glasses at the resort. If these are yours, please message me. I would like you to tell me what kind they are. I will be happy to send them to you. Hopefully they can be returned to their owner. Happy Holidays.
I love their Thanksgiving Brunch. Try to go every year. Plan on coming here for a weekend this summer.
Horrid parking and nonexistent shuttle service make this "resort" a total fail. Totally unacceptable for a local of this "caliber".

I normally never review places but the service we received while at the resort had to be shared. We arrived very early in the morning (3am) after a long night of flights and driving, to not having a room booked. There had been a reservation made on my husbands behalf for the conference he was attending, but it couldn't be found. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and helped us out greatly. SUCH a neat place to visit...fun for the whole family! Only wished we had visited in the summer so we could take advantage of the lazy river/Pools! Oh and the trails around the property r fun to explore...lots of places to break away from and sit quietly enjoy the nature surrounding you under the live oaks..�
