We really enjoyed our stay-cation. It was my daughter's birthday and she was all smiles the whole time. All well sanitized and employees were so helpful. Highly recommend them for a nice relaxing family get away

Nice pool, hot tub, & lazy river.
My favorite place to stay in San Antonio. You feel away from it all while being close to it all.

Not covid friendly enough. Not enforcing any regulations. Not sanitizing enough (or at all) and definitely not enough hand washing stations. Bars in the lazy river are open which causes congestion of large groups of people not wearing masks in areas where masks aren’t always possible. Outdoor eatery areas aren’t being wiped down. You can see food stains from previous guests. If they can’t get the ketchup off the table what else aren’t they getting off the table? Poorly organized very little oversight. Super disappointed.

Awesome place to spend with ur love ones
As soon as we walked into our room we found a cockroach on the tile. We called guest services and told them to which they said they would send someone to clean it up. Didn’t offer or ask if we wanted a new room, just seemed like picking up a half alive cockroach was perfectly fine. We called again to ask for a new room and the women who answered was nice and had someone bring up the keys but the second room smelt like mold and the carpet was damp when walked on.
