Great place to live. Love it!
Brent is a good guy. He really cares about the concerns of his tenants and runs a very efficient complex there. I have to give five stars because of the value and how thorough he is. I just wish the walls were a little thicker for tenant noise but thats apartment living for you.
Excellent communication/response time with landlord. Safe and quite neighborhood. Small complex and always seemed to be very quiet. We lived on the third floor and barely heard our neighbors. I've stayed in a few apartments in Sioux Falls and this was by far the best in quality and value if you are ok with less amenities (no gym, community room). Highly recommend!
