Insane waiting time
I brought my young son to this clinic today and left feeling concerned. First, the doctor was still working on the previous patient’s chart with the computer screen pointed directly at the chair I was sitting in. I could clearly read private medical details. Exposing another patient’s information like that is a serious breach of confidentiality. Our Doctor is good. Pharmacy is decent too. The people at the reception desk and on the phones are TERRIBLE! They’ve gone through a bunch and they’re all consistently bad. Booked appointments are still an hour late because of terrible scheduling. Just hire two decent people please.
