The comments below were solicited by Windfield Estates. (1) The hallway carpets in the building are worn out and need replacing since they haven't been shampooed in years. (2) The hallway walls in the building are marked up and need painting. (3) The paint in the laundry room is peeling away from the walls. (4) The laundry machines are old and don't clean clothes.
