RecommendedI would and have recommended Windfall Trace Apartments to any and everyone. The staff is so very nice and helpful and they are never too busy to help you. Mrs. Lacey is the nicest, most helpful and pleasant person you could ever meet. Kudos to my Windfall Trace property manager and staff. Oh excellent kudos to the maintenance staff...they (the entire staff) are just so very professional and always willing to help in any way. Keep up the good work Windfall Trace!!

The staff is nice and professional. They respond promptly to maintenance requests. The complex is always clean. The neighbors aren't loud and there aren't a bunch of people just hanging out on the property. I feel safe knowing Jennings police are in close proximity and are always patrolling. The location is great because it's close to buzz westfall strip mall and a park for the kids.
I love living in windfall trace. I been here going on 3 years now the apartments are clean and affordable the staff is super nice they respond quickly to your needs and help others with extra projects as well they come up with fun things to do within the community for adults and children. it's very peaceful here .I enjoy my home here at windfall hope other do to.
I been complaining about no air in my apartment since may2nd,today june11th,manager sent an small air conditioner that was place in the livingroom windown,3 levels,my bedroom hot laundry room hot,you can only do so much with a window unit,I'm very disappointed,I was one of the first tenants to move here,pay rent every month,still to this day the problem not fixed,the central air,make it so bad the window unit was just sent last week,but once again it can only cool so much of the downstairs,3 level I live in,been calling leas... read more
I was the first person to ever live in my unit. I was in the Phase 1 of the Windfall Trace Project. In 2012 when I moved in it was all dirt and trucks everywhere but this project has become a wonderful place to live.�
