This is the WORST property management company. After being complimented by the property mgr how clean we were keeping the property they kept a HUGE portion of our deposit. When we tried to dispute it she was unvailable and 2 of us were trying to get a hold of her for a week. We were just college kids and felt taken advantage of and lost a lot of money
This company was terrible to deal with. They had a woman who worked with us who cost us thousands of dollars due to her incompetence (pricing our property competitively, returning our calls, showing the property, checking on it, etc). OUr neighbors looked out for our house more then they did. They then fired this person 6 months into my contract,and then charged me. I called the owner on a Saturday at the office and he told me that he was not going to talk about it because it was the weekend..... We will never to business wi... read more
This is the worst rental company ever. I have been in my apartment for over two weeks and my dishwasher hasnt been fixed when it was suppose to after 3 days. In addition to that when I moved in there were so many problems that should have been fixed before I got here. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are scandalous and terrible business people. And I have even heard others complain about their company.
