Alicia is the most down to earth realtor I've met (no insult to other realtors, I've met great ones) - but she was friendly in a very trusting, very open way - someone you want to be actual friends with. She hustles to get the best for the people she works for - making herself available to promote what she's been hired for. She had every resource ready at her fingertips and was prompt in getting the information- instantaneous, really. Hire her to be your realtor.
