I recently moved to Portland and have been looking for a new home. I stumbled upon my dream home listed by Windermere via an open house and got an offer together. Was willing to go up to 35k above asking, covering an appraisal gap out of pocket if necessary. That house was everything I wanted and more. Alicia is the most down to earth realtor I've met (no insult to other realtors, I've met great ones) - but she was friendly in a very trusting, very open way - someone you want to be actual friends with. She hustles to get the best for the people she works for - making herself available to promote what she's been hired for. She had every resource ready at her fingertips and was prompt in getting the information- instantaneous, really. Hire her to be your realtor.
