Apologies, I am normally a calm, very passive person. The people that work there are very privileged and have never understood empathy. Im sure the general manager will respond with a very generic attempt at saying im sorry. Very low standards, poor attitude and a self of entitlement that would make a rock shutter. A poor excuse for a business, I would suggest to Windermere that they should look into the absolute mess they've created in Oak Harbor. The buildings nice tho, 10/10!
They made the house buying process so much easier than we thought it was going to be. We worked with Annie Cash and Julie Kinnaird and they were both amazing! They were on top of everything and very knowledgeable!
