Our family bought a house through one of their agents. The process was smooth, but she informed us after the sale that she over charged us thousands of dollars for a certain procedure. We have talked to the agent directly, officer manager and the county to try to get our money back. We have not been successful so far and we have nearly given up. This is such a dishonest way to run a business and we are very disappointed that nothing has been done to help us get our money back.
