I have been a tenant for a year now with Windermere and they are absolutely amazing, when I need anything fix they are always on it, when I go to their office they are very warm and nice making you feel welcomed, they are quick and efficient in letting you know if there are changes happening and they are compassionate about helping people get in a home. The women there are great and good at their job because they care.
I'm going to be as concise as possible. This was the absolute worst experience as a first time renter. Terrible communication. Terrible experience with dealing with property owners VS rental company. Ant/Bat/Mice infestation from day one. DO NOT rent with Windermere.
My contacts were Dani and Jodi, and I had a great experience! There were disclaimers in the signatures of their emails that let me know they were short-staffed with reduced office hours; however, I feel like they were more responsive, and took care of me as a potential renter more than some of the bigger, fully staffed companies in the area. I Love there real estate properties. There office staff in Olympia Washington are respectful, understanding and currdisy and there rental qualifications outstanding. Thumbs up 👍🏾
There are much better real estate management companies like Blue Summit. The reviews already cover my complaints. Do your own research and choose wisely. Update: incased a star. Communication is a bit better.
