Horrible experience would never recommend anyone ever rent from them. Jodi is absolutely a terrible manager to have representing them. Over the past 2 years any contact I have made with the office she has always been very rude and disrespectful, has even just hung up on me while talking and asking questions. Side note. Jodi If you hate what you do so much find a better line of work.
My husband and I moved to WA state almost 5 years ago and were very nervous as first time renters. Dani and Jodi were absolutely amazing and made our first rental experience amazing! We would highly recommend Windermere Real Estate in Olympia to anyone who is looking to rent in the area.
When called due to an issue they have made it feel like an inconvenience (even after renting for 10 years) they are NOT quick to help fix the issue at hand. They close/open- early and later then stated on their door OR online. They leave the office and close early consistently. JODI the office manager is VERY rude. I would never go through this property management again nor recommend them to anyone!
We had a pretty complex and difficult situation selling our property, and Tonya Hennen was incredible to work with from start to finish. She really took the time to understand everything and guided us through it with a calm, patient, and steady approach. Once we were ready to list, everything felt smooth and well thought out, and we ended up with a great outcome.
