I'm disappointed with Jeff's integrity. He prepared a CMA for my ex-wife that put the valuation of a property nearly 25% lower the the county appraised tax valuation. This led to hiring a professional appraiser who noted "this is the oddest and most inaccurate CMA I've reviewed". I don't know if Jeff was motivated to compose an inaccurate review or if his abilities are lacking but either was I was disappointed in the product he delivered.
