Jake was great to work with through the whole buying process! Excellent communication. Jake is very knowledgeable about the Helena area. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in a house and helped us find it.
Began relatively smooth I had high hopes, slowly started slipping down hill. The realtor seemed to have an issue with communication from the beginning. Also had a problem remembering what she would promise or hear from us the sellers. There were constant issues after accepting an offer, to be fair most with the buyer’s lender not the fault with our agent.
