Was poorly represented in a dual agency with Jen Post/Trost. Lost my trust after misleading me on timelines and not providing objective representation. Couldn’t even get the spelling of my name corrected in a timely manner. Not empathetic or sympathetic to my situation and never met with me in person. Luckily the transaction fell through. Did not even have the courtesy to call me to tell me the contract fell through. Will definitely not be recommending this team for any future business.
This review is certainly overdue as we worked with Nicole and Kelly on our deal some 4 months ago and are still having issues with the sale and now have been ghosted by them. We had multiple issues during the course of the sale: Incredibly slow response times that always were accompanied by an excuse (Sick, Full day showing homes, Out of Town, Etc). Wow look at all the five star reviews left by realtors who work for them. Goes to show you how dishonest they are. Rather than respond to complaints and the damage they cause they lie and cheat some more.

Pete, the owner was attentive and very caring to my complaints of unethical treatment by one of his real estate agents. I recommend calling the office directly and speaking with him if you have any concerns about any of the Greenwood Windermere real estate agents.
