$800 ~ $900+ for HOA DUES?!?! Y’all must be out of your damn minds! If any of you are considering moving to the island, I highly recommend you DO NOT consider any properties to rent/buy under this management company. The HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS is the absolute worst HOA that’s on this island! They don’t gauge based on current economy standards, especially considering most owners on the North end of the island are military affiliated and don’t receive the appropriate BAH to fully afford most HOA demands elsewhere in the US. They have the worse property managers on the island. Live off or go to another company... they do not care about anything they should and are entirely spineless when they need to deal with inconsiderate tenants. They expect residents and literal emergency services (cops) to do their job for them. Secure your peace and just go else where if you are able...
If I could give zero stars I would. Service members don’t rent with this company. My husband recently moved out our stuff last month, literally deep cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom mind you the apartments we were in are already outdated and super small. When I first moved in, and did a tenant inspection there was a huge brown stain in the carpet in the living room which I could tell was a negligence on their behalf. My experience with this property management office started off well—they were very friendly and responsive during the move-in process, which gave me high hopes. Unfortunately, that professionalism didn’t last. Once I gave notice to move out, I was essentially treated like an afterthought. They placed me at the bottom of the priority list, communication was minimal, and any sense of courtesy disappeared.
