Terrible company. Do not rent if you want to pay cleaning fees upon move out and have your entire deposit taken on top of it. Never had this experience renting. Stay far away.

I feel that they go above and beyond to make sure that we're informed and updated, and have always been so easy to work with for the past 2+ years that we've rented from Windermere Property Management.
