If I could give zero stars I would. Service members don’t rent with this company. My husband recently moved out our stuff last month, literally deep cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom mind you the apartments we were in are already outdated and super small. My experience with this property management office started off well—they were very friendly and responsive during the move-in process, which gave me high hopes. Reminder: property Management companies are traditionally protective of landlords and not tenants. A good property management company balances this so that the arrangement is fair for both sides. This property management company takes landlord protections to the extreme. I had an absolutely awful experience renting through Windermere, to the point where my husband and I bit the bullet and bought a house after just one year with them. 1. The toilet in the main restroom wasn't sealed correctly. Before it was confirmed that we weren't at fault, the representative with the plumber was extremely dismissive with my concerns. Very unprofessional company. They have no idea how to manage property period. They know how to spend your HOA'S money and over ride and not follow HOA laws. If your looking for a company to run your property into the ground look no further.
