They treat you like absolute crap if you’re seeking a rental. They will not help you or notify you of any new listings that come on. They were extremely rude to me when I came into the office, as they would only text over the phone and not return calls or emails. They didn’t want to show me any listings when I came in. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want a “property manager” who is completely unprofessional, unethical, and totally incompetent. The managing broker isn’t any better, he simply chooses to not manage anything or anyone. This was the most horrendous renting experience I’ve ever had at every turn. A literal living nightmare.
$800 ~ $900+ for HOA DUES?!?! Y’all must be out of your damn minds! If any of you are considering moving to the island, I highly recommend you DO NOT consider any properties to rent/buy under this management company. The HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS is the absolute worst HOA that’s on this island! They don’t gauge based on current economy standards, especially considering most owners on the North end of the island are military affiliated and don’t receive the appropriate BAH to fully afford most HOA demands elsewhere in the US.
