Will definitely contact the owner and will file a complaint on a certain individual that work here.
They treat you like absolute crap if you’re seeking a rental. They will not help you or notify you of any new listings that come on. They were extremely rude to me when I came into the office, as they would only text over the phone and not return calls or emails. They didn’t want to show me any listings when I came in. I was deeply disappointed in the lack of empathy they have for people. They make it very difficult to get into a rental with pets as well.
