If you want to feel unimportant then these guys have you covered! We are very good tenants in my opinion and only contact them when we have major issues with the unit. This time the A/C has gone out right before the 105* weather. Called 4 times in a matter of a week with no answer, or “we’ll let you know” only to hear nothing. Going on day 5 of 90+ degree weather and still no A/C. Called twice today, the first time got no answer, was told the second time that we haven’t even been scheduled yet.
