Abysmal. The property manager is negligent. I live in a duplex owned by this "company" and this is by far the worst place i've ever lived, and the downstairs tenants must be his family because there is no other reason to keep such awful tenants. The apartment is cute, but don't be deceived! Things got so bad at this apartment I had to get the police involved and buy mace, just so I wouldn't have to worry as much for my safety. The individual running this business is an absolute @$$. My girlfriend and I rent a floor of a duplex from him and he does nothing, whatsoever. Our neighbors downstairs run a daycare in their rental unit and have small children running and screaming around the house early in the morning to late afternoon. They also enjoy vacuuming and screaming at one another before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. After attempting to call the "landlord" several times, we just gave up because he just ignored our voice mails and never returned ... read more
