I’ve been living in a home that Windermere manages for the last six years. Their team has always been so kind and generous with me, and they immediately take care of issues with the rental. I feel safe living here and hope to continue renting for as long as it is possible.
As a tenant. I can say by far my best experience with a property management company. Please keep in mind if the homeowner sucks there is only so much they can do. But if you have a good homeowner, then these folks are your dream team. Super responsive, fast acting. And treat the tenants and the property they manage well
