I enjoyed the paintball the most and I do thank the volunteers and staff. Especially the kitchen and servers.
We were there last week and had a great time. The food was delicious.That New Chef is doing a great job. All the staff were very courteous and friendly

It's imperative that food becomes a priority. The guy in the chefs coat is kind of a joke. Organizing the preparation of frozen food and a salad bar does not require a chef.
Our quilt group came a year ago and it was great. This year the food was awful. Food that should have been hot was cold. Most was gloppy, some meals had no protein at all, and some tasted "soapy." We were so hungry that we started going to the nearest town to eat or shop for groceries. Rooms and finishings are dated and becoming shabby looking but the Center is beginning a face-lift project.
