Was not a good experience from start to finish. Started with agent (Phil) wanting me to initial for microwave. I had to inform agent (Phil) there was not a microwave. Was told had to maintain the lawn weeds, mowing etc. Pictures show yard day of move in. HOA complained about dead spot. Agent (Phil) was going to make me pay for yard until I provided time dated pictures. On second day of move in city turned off water for busted main line. Was offered ZERO compensation or prorate for going five days without water. Will never do... read more
Worked with Phil, great experience initially and then was denied approval for a rental property. I was told that I qualified based on income and credit, but my wife (stay at home mom with no income) didn't qualify. Absurd, when I am the one that will be paying the rent independent of my wife/kids. Have tried to call to receive further clarification or to offer to pay first 6 months up front, but I can no longer get a hold of anyone. How is a family supposed to rent a home with one provider?
Great office
If I could give zero stars I would. Working with Kirstin Dittman is a nightmare. She is unprofessional in her emails and lacks any customer service skills. She comes across as arrogant and dismissive. Getting her to respond to any maintenance issue is like pulling teeth. She either doesn’t respond, things don’t get fixed and if they do get fixed Kirstin first takes an opportunity to let me know she is inconvenienced by the work order always pointing a finger at me as if I am doing something wrong by reporting issues.
