A doctor missed your virtual appointment? That’s too bad! You’ll just have to get over it. Don’t even attempt to call the clinic. You’ll either be sent to the appointing center, who know absolutely nothing and are zero help unless you’d like the reschedule or cancel, OR you’ll receive the “No one is available at this time” message. By far the worst clinic I've ever associated with. They have a number no one ever answers the phone, the receptionist seems to not like her job or like working I can't tell. My messages haven't been replied to. They haven't sent my daughter shot records form to her previous provider to get her records released, although I was told by the doctor that they had but didn't receive anything back come to find out they never sent it. The clinic in general is good but my Doctor is horrible. He doesn’t care about how you feel or the conditions that you have. No matter what your problem is, he will just say it’s your fault even if you have no control over if. I’ve been on meds for certain health issues for 2 years, he doesn’t want me to continue my meds just because he doesn’t like to prescribe meds, one of them is for my heart, another is for my insomnia and a few others meds. My general physician is Dr. Lorich and he is by far the best doctor I've had the privilege of being treated by!
