Being the New Year, I had decided to make some healthy changes and I was skeptical of eating Chinese food on a ketogenic (Low Carb High Fat) diet. Luckily for me, my friend had invited me over to try it as new ownership had changed the menu so that peaked my interest. My appetizer was the standard 4 chicken lettuce wraps, which had the right consistency of minced chicken and lettuce. Now we get to the good part!
