I have a low tolerance for bad customer service being that that is my field of work as well. The big sports store around the corner could learn a thing or two in that area from these guys. We walked in to a greeting, and from there on out was great service with guys that know their business. Why would I not buy from here? Going back today for our snowboard package. Feels great to keep it local as well.
