over half the apartments have mold the manager doesnt care about the tenates no matter how many work orders you put in to have something fixed they will find some excuse not to fix it! they over charge you for everything good luck with the matiences guy they go through them like nothing half the time there isnt even a matience guy hired. management is never in the office. worst apartments i have ever been in.
