Dawn Cantrell, the new ED for The Pines Independent Living community in Birmingham AL, is completely despicable, and shameless. In "secret shopping" a competitor, she had the audacity to go into my 82 year old mother's apartment, who lives in Assisted Living, and proceed to grill her on the services she receives, her satisfaction with the community etc., for well over twenty minutes. Her deplorable behavior in preying on a demented senior is disgusting.
Terrible, they don't care about residents. The clinical manager is racist and rude.
