Toilet was blocked, they sent someone who ran a machine to clear the line, but was unsuccessful. He said he needed to refer the job to a plumber! It turns out that Wind River only sent a technician who can run a machine. Wind River was not receptive when I suggested they should not charge me since they didn't fix the problem; I was charged $160+ for their mistake in determining who to send. I found a different company/plumber who solved the problem in an hour and without a special machine.

As a first time septic user, when the tech said I "really must have" their $209 additive, I said OK. Subsequent research shows not only is the additive a waste of money, it could actually cause the field to become plugged and result in system failure. Do a search for septic services within the 01749 ZIP - then see how many have the same address and clicking on them takes you to windriver.

they continue to call me and I am not a client..please get your backend office in place......and stop calling me....I have public sewer.......
