Worst place I’ve rented from. Walls are so thin and construction of building is terrible. I just moved into a downstairs unit and can hear upstairs stomping all day everyday. Asked to be moved to new unit and refused my request and are forcing me to stay on a 12 month lease while the constant noise is making my disability worse everyday. It states “right to quiet enjoyment” in lease but they don’t follow what the lease says at all and lie. Poor management. Worst experience. Best apartment and management !! 1. Stayed there for almost 5 years. 2. One of the best apartments in Fond Du Lac. 3. We hardly had any issue in our entire 5 years of stay. Even those were resolved within no time. 4. I strongly feel that all this was possible specially due to leasing manager Ashley and their maintenance staff are really good and top of their game. 5. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to move in there.
Ashley is great (management). Any issues were resolved within a reasonable time. Dave and Jeff are grear (maintanance). Any mechanical issues were always fixed quickly and kindly. Jeff and Dave are nice guys. I stayed there 6 years. I found it to be nice and private, vwteran friendly as well. Thanks.
