Wind Gap Family Eye Care never disappoints. They have wonderful staff and the latest technology to make your eye exam and glasses selection experience better than you could ever imagine. I've never had a problem with parking at either of their locations. When ever you walk in, you're always greeted with smiles. You can certainly tell they strive for great customer service.
I am a currant client of the walnut port eye care facility. I was on my way to my appointment at 10:55 and was trying to get there but because of traffic i was a minute late. I got a phone call at the exact time of my appointment from the receptionist telling me if i did not get there with in five minutes they would have to reschedule my appointment. I have been going to this practice for a few years and I have never walked out of there disappointed. I got my glasses fixed and they said it could take up to two hours but they were done in 15 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised. They provide excellent and fast customer service and I am always greeted with a smile. I definitely recommend them whenever asked about a good Eye Care facility.
