I shopped twice at Winco in ***********. The first time I didnt realize they only take debit, cash or checks. Shame on me. 2nd time after ringing up $268 grocery bill, I write a check after making sure they accept checks. After writing the check, I am told they dont take out of area checks. I will NOT be returning to Winco. On the counter at checkout, the check payment requirements were spelled out; no mention of in state requirement. What a waste of my time, the cashiers time and the customers behind me!

If i could give the WinCo foods located in *********, **. off of Fairway dr. A quarter of one star I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Sadly i dont think i am able. The other day i found myself in the hospital with my son. I had been sleeping by his side in a very uncomfortable chair and had festering emotions about my baby boy and decided I needed a change of scenery but it was 4 am and i didnt think anything was open. Side walk is not there property it is people city property. I stood there holding a sign and I was supposed to trusspassing on there property in witch I didn't leave side walk next to ****** street. There was to lady's one laying down and one plopped her **** on a suite case and holding a pice of paper. The manager and some dude come out saying I was trusspassing when first I havnt left that part of side walk since the morning. They’re quality in product has declined drastically over the years- Most recently i had made chili and bought the winco’s brand which i have done previously; however this time i was sadly disappointed. The diced tomatoes with chilis had MOLD on majority of the can, same thing with the white northern beans. Can stated the products should be good until 2024. I am a little concerned as to how to why this happened at all.. Let’s go to killed my fiancé he’s allergic to mold

Called corporate about getting food poisoning from lettuce. Filled out a report at my local WinCo and called ************** times with specifics that need to be changed. Here is the lasted display of food that humans are supposed to pay for and consume. They stock produce in plastic crates turned on the side. Mold was on many heads of cabbage the last time I tried to get some. This time the cabbage is from where? It's not even packaged or labeled. This place needs a health inspector to come through. When we went in on January 18 to buy some wine the price said **** and then it rang up at **** and I asked told the ***** the cashier that was ringing us up wanna argue with us in sales this is what the rings up for and I says with your sign says ****. Then I asked to speak to the manager he came over and said that we had to pay the ****)has been a sign says ****he said I dont care I have no control over that when I was there the week before and the manager okayed it for the same price mind you they havent changed the price ... read more

The customer service here just keeps getting worse and worse it's like they're mad that you even came into they're store and what makes it even worse is it's most of the employees they're maybe one or two that don't mind helping it's sad because they have very reasonable prices but cant keep getting treated like c*** just for shopping in a store too often

I was in Winco store #** and building number is ****. Contacted customer services and two employees to complain how several people doesnt wearing the mask. **************** didnt know if is required to wearing mask in store and other one on self check in just said I know. The same people came to her to self checkout and she didnt tell them anything. People with compromise health issue are very scared when they see people with out mask. Very bad experience with employees who dont want take any action to protect others.
