I originally called the office on July 15 and left a message to please schedule an appointment. At that time the machine asked to not call multiple times and that someone would get back with you. I adhered to their request. However I never received a call back. I called today and was offered an appointment for tomorrow that did not work for me. The next available appointment was in October. I've been a patient for many years. But in the last 2 weeks I have called, texted and emailed to try to make an appointment but have gotten no reply. I have no choice but to find a new eye doctor .
Thoroughly enjoyed the doctor as well as the ladies in the back performing the exams. The front desk women acted annoyed and unfriendly each time we came in. My husband and I both were disappointed by this each time we came in because we do not feel we are difficult to deal with. It’s apparent the women in the front do not enjoy their jobs, sadly. Hoping they can find a friendlier bunch to work the front end of this place because the doctor was wonderful.
RecommendedTracy helped me choose my glasses and was very kind and patient with me. I had several pairs, and what could have been made confusing, was made a very easy process by her calm, measured and professional manner. The staff is friendly and we are very happy we found your office. Convenient location and hours, have already recommended you to potential new patients. Thank you Tracy and staff! 😁
