I've been receiving treatment from WTS "Pinnacle" for over two years now. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. Your met at the front desk with a bright caring young lady that greets you with a smile and respect every single morning. Then you have the supervisor, one of the most genuine fair understanding man I've ever met. He has and will continue to do great things with recovery in Winchester. Then you have the nurses. This place is amazing and life changing I am so glad that I made the decision to come here. Winchester treatment has been one of the best if not the best programs I’ve been in. I’ve been dealing with addiction my whole life and been to many clinics and programs. They really hold you accountable and help you through the whole process. They don’t just give you meds and send you out the door they really try to work with you and help no matter what situation you’re in when you come to them. Love the staff!! Can't speak highly enough of them! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences from this facility. Unlike most I feel like they actually care about helping people which we all know is a rarity In itself these days. Very professional in several situations that I have witnessed!! Great job guys!!!
