I lived here quite a bit of my teen hood, early adulthood. My review is honest. The smell in the hallways are horrific. If you don’t mind the smell of rotten fish, you’ll be fine! A lot of small unattended children running the halls and the parking lot to be aware when driving. The apartments are very loud. I was on the 3rd floor and heard the neighbor under me watching TV. The apartments are large and the rent is affordable. New management has made big improvements such as enforcing smoke-free (marijuana-free) buildings. It is a family-friendly environment. As far as I know that has been no crime whatsoever and the city police department is a block away. However there is room for improvement. The buildings are aging and require fumigation for cockroaches and the laundry machines frequently are broken.

Very large and spacious apartments for a very low price. I have 3 bedrooms and the master is absolutely humongous, almost as big as the living room. But the other 2 rooms are much smaller. 1 of them you can barely fit a queen bed into. But they’re perfect size for twin beds. Maintenance is on top of their game usually. Manager always fast at replying to emails. Hallways and doorways and parking lots are usually pretty clean. Only noise I really hear is from the bunch of kids above me. Very friendly team. clean property. Overall very nice place. I’m not sure why bad reviews. Probably just tenants who were upset about something else. Place isn’t bad at all. 5
