It was a very nice experience to move to this apartment because of the attention from Axa and Luisa and the manager from the beginning, they helped us very kindly with us and very good attention and kindness and now I am happy in my new apartment. God always bless these apartments and those who manage them.

Winchester Place used to be nice, great location, quiet. Then they changed managers and now they don’t even care that people throw trash anywhere but the dumpsters. After many complaints they claim they will fine people but they have no way of enforcing that. They will do literally anything but spend money to fix problems. It’s only a matter of time before a roach infestation starts. Get ready for roaches and trash. It’s literally like this by the end of everyday.
The staff was 100 top notch service
