I do not understand why I always owe more than you initially estimate. Why is this never accurate? It's very frustrating. I realize this is an issuance issue, but I just don't understand why there is no way to accurately gauge what I will owe out of pocket that will then come to me as a bill in the mail 3 months after my appointment. Other than that, the staff and Dr Hall provide great care.

The only way to know the amount that your insurance company is going to cover is for us to run a prestimate thru your insurance company. That usually takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on your insurance company before we get that back and then we would know what your out of pocket expense would be.

My family has been patients of Dr. Hall for over 20 years. Always a great experience. Amy, our hygienist, and the rest of the staff are also wonderful. Always professional and caring.
I had two fillings done and Dr. Hall was extremely gentle. The experience was more pleasant then I expected. My part of the bill was higher then expected. I was able to leave in good standings because they accepted the agreed amount until the insurance had paid.
Another great checkup....This office keeps me in great shape and the staff is so nice
