Very thorough exam today and consultation. Laura is excellent and I enjoyed our exchange of Christmas conversation. Met Dr. Richardson for the first time. Very professional and I look forward to seeing her in 2 weeks and another new experience in laser technology. No needles … YaHoo!!

Laura impressed me by having a Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene which I didn't even know was a major. She did a great job filling in for my regular hygienist Shannon.
I had a really tough day at work today and the person who looked to my teeth today was very kind and even made me laugh during our appointment exactly what I needed. I would also add that she was very gentle with the floss and never once did I feel any pain.
